China has only one timezone and during daylight savings time in the US is 15 hrs. ahead of Pacific Daylight Savings Time and 12 hrs. ahead of Eastern Daylight Savings Time. If it’s 7:00 AM Monday in China, it’s 4:00 PM Sunday in Los Angeles and 7:00 PM Sunday in New York.
