America’s First Lady Headed to China

Michelle Obama is taking a trip to China this Wednesday with her teen daughters Malia and Sasha, as well as their grandmother Marian Robinson. The first lady will visit schools in Beijing and Chengdu, with side trips to see the Great Wall and the Forbidden City in Beijing, the Terra Cotta Warriors in Xi’an and the Panda Research Base in Chengdu. The first lady’s official trip to China is focused on cultural exchanges and the value of education.
