Beauty of Yangtze River Brought to North America

A Chinese delegation seeking to boost tourism to China’s Yangtze River recently visited key cities in North America, including New York, Washington D.C. and Toronto. The theme, “Explore the Magical Yangtze,” highlighted some of the sites that can be explored on China’s Yangtze River, including the Three Gorges Dam, the Qinghai-Tibet Railway and other sometimes overlooked treasures that can be seen by boat along the Yangtze. Delegates from the China National Tourism Administration (CNTA) and the China National Tourist Offices from the United States (CNTO) met with North American travel agents, journalists and travel enthusiasts to share with them the incredible destination that is China’s Yangtze River.
