China Ranked as Popular Worldwide Destination

The UN’s Word Tourism Organization (UNWTO) reports that 2013 was a record year for tourism with 1.1 billion travelers. 2014 is expected to top that milestone, with an expected 40-50 million more tourists traveling this year. China has also seen growth, jumping up to #3 in the world for most visited destinations for 2013. In fact, the UNWTO forecasts that China will be the most visited tourist destination in the world by the year 2020. With that being said – and with all of China’s allures, from history to nature to culture, cuisine and more – now is the time to visit!
