Guiyang has a special nightlife destination – vinegar bars. In this city, young people like bars, pubs cafes and Karaoke just as in other big cities, but vinegar bars are unique to Guiyang. As the name suggests, the vinegar bar actually serve vinegar-based drinks. But this vinegar is much different from the version used as a culinary ingredient. Think variety, for example, fruit vinegar drinks, drinks with special ingredients such as sticky rice and pearl powder. The bars are concentrated on Shaanxi Road, Hequn Road, Beijing Road and Nan Men.

Dramas
Guizhou folk drama has a long history. Qian Drama, Qian Opera and the Di Xi are popular. The Dong Drama and Buyi Drama are performed mainly in the ethnic minority group areas.

Anshun Di Xi (Di Xi literally means the Field Drama) and is known as the Living Fossil of Chinese Drama. The performance of the Di Xi showcases ethnic minorities worshiping their god, expelling ghost and praying for peace. Di Xi performances can be found in some minority villages such as Tianlong Tunbu.
