Four Chinese Museums among Top 20 in the World

The top 20 museums in the world were ranked this month as part of the TEA/AECOM Global Attractions Attendance Report, and four museums in China made the list for 2013. The National Museum of China in Beijing was the third most visited museum in the world in 2013, only behind the Louvre in Paris and the National Museum of Natural History in Washington, DC. The museum brought in 7.5 million visitors. The National Palace Museum in Taipei, Shanghai Science & Technology Museum, and National Museum of Natural Science (Taipei) were also on the top 20 list.
