Guizhou Launches Tourism Deals

Guizhou

Located in southwestern China, Guizhou province is introducing new tourism policies to attract more travelers in the coming months.

The province will offer tourists free tickets to major scenic spots between April 29 and May 16, and then half-price tickets from May 17 to June 10. Flights connecting Guizhou to Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei will be discounted from April 29 to June 10.

Guizhou boasts beautiful natural landscapes and diverse ethnic cultures; the region is an important hub connecting central and southern China.

In 2016, the province saw an increase of more than 40 percent in both visitation and tourism income.
