Hainan Airlines Commences Flights from Seattle to Xi’an

Hainan Airlines recently launched its maiden flight on the Xi’an-Beijing-Seattle route with an Airbus A330 that took off from Xi’an Xianyang International Airport (XIY) on October 30, making Hainan Airlines the first carrier offering air services from Northwest China to the U.S.

The newly launched route will depart Xi’an every Wednesday and Saturday at 10:40am and arrive in Seattle at 12:05 (or 11:05 after the daylight saving adjustment in November). The return leg of the flight will leave Seattle at 2:00pm (or 1:00pm after November 6) and arrive back in China at 9:35pm. A two-class A330 aircraft will be used for this service.
