Oriental Pearl TV Tower

Visit the tallest TV tower in Asia and the earliest symbol of the new China – Oriental Pearl TV Tower in Shanghai

Completed in 1994 at a height of 468m (1,535 ft.), it is hailed as the tallest TV tower in Asia and the third-tallest in the world. A long standing symbol of China, its viewing platforms offer stunning panoramas of the Bund and surrounding Pudong. Its advantage compared with some other higher buildings with viewing platforms is you are not too high up so can still see a lot of detail on the ground and the Bund.
